I decided it was about time I did an actual legacy family, meaning of course a family that extends beyond just one-two generations. Complete with backstory and drama. So, here goes!
Meet the McPherson family…
Happened upon this gem by chance, and just KNEW I had to share it with my fellow Simmers/Whovians!
This downloadable, functioning item is modeled after the beloved TARDIS from the BCC series Doctor Who. Yes, you really do travel back and forth in time! You get prompts about how your sim is doing (just like when they’re at work or school) and you may even come back with new items and/or money!
The disappointments? No, it does not make the TARDIS sound we all know and love. And it is supposed to disappear and reappear when your sim returns, however this function did not work for me. But my Sim still traveled in Time! And unfortunately, you cannot teleport with it or physically travel with it. In this case, it is only a time-traveling device.

The Ugly Legacy Challenge
Make the ugliest sim you possibly can. The challenge is to dilute the ugly gene within 10 generations. The final generation needs to be good-looking.
My sim, Hobb Goblin, and her daughter. The father is local Sunset Valley townie, Beau Andrews.
I don’t know if they’ll ever be cute.
Considering taking this challenge on. Hmm…
